The Challenge
A high volume of quotes and payments meant the accounts were always playing catch-up. Customer details and invoice figures were being entered in more than one place, which is slow and an easy way for numbers to drift out of line.
What We Built
We connected ShipMyCar's operational systems to Xero through the official Xero API, so quotes and orders become the right invoices in Xero and online payments are matched back to the correct records, all handled server-side, with a clear log of what moved and when.

The Outcome
